Levvy automatically creates a folder for each workflow activated. All files related to that workflow and uploaded via task modal will be saved in that folder, eliminating manual document organization.

Workflow folder is created for every activated workflow by default

1. Navigate to the client profile

Click on the client name on the workspace.

2. Folder and files section appears at the bottom of a workflow

A folder named after the client is created automatically. Click on the > beside the folder name to expand a folder to view the files and subfolders.

3. Workflow folder is created for every activated workflow by default

The workflow folder is automatically selected and appear in the task modal. To make other folders visible in the task modal, select the checkbox on the left side of the folder name.

When a workflow is activated, a folder named after the workflow will be automatically created and selected. The selected workflows will then appear in the task modal.

4. Folder and files section is disabled for draft workflows.

You can view all folder and files for this client by navigating to an activated workflow or the Shared Access tab in the side navigation bar.

5. Navigate to the Folder & Files tab.

The folders selected in the workflow will appear in the task modal, including the workflow folder selected by default.

6. Upload one or multiple files via drag and drop.

Once the file is sent, it is automatically saved to the workflow folder. You can change where the files are uploaded to. We will cover this in future steps in this article.

10. From comments, click on Download to View to save and open the file.

16. Click on the dropdown beside a folder from client profile or task modal

17. Name the folder. You can customize who can access by the folder by roles.

Note that the access field is only visible to users with the manager, supervisor and owner role. If you do not see the access field, the folder you created is accessible to Team member or above

20. You can also rename, change access and delete a folder.

Note that change access is only visible to users with the role manager, supervisor or owner.
