Connect Levvy with Anchor

Automate creating clients, contacts and workflows based on the services in approved proposals.

Connect with Anchor

Only users with the Owner role can see and initiate the Anchor integration

  1. Go to the main menu

  2. Click on Integration.

  3. Within the Accounting and Billing tab, you will see Anchor under Billing

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Follow the prompts to copy the API key from Anchor and paste it into Levvy.

6. Once the connection is successful, you will see Connected in green and the Configure button will appear.


Map Anchor Services to Levvy Workflows

1. Click Configure to begin mapping each Anchor service to a workflow in your Company Library.

2. Click on the orange plus icon to add a new workflow

Note that

  • Only published workflows in your Levvy Company Library will be available for mapping.

  • Any new services in Anchor or newly published Levvy workflows will appear automatically.

Automate Creating Clients & Contacts

Client and contact creation in Levvy is triggered when a proposal is approved in Anchor. Levvy will check for existing records before creating new ones:

If no matching client exists (matched by company name or DBA):

  • A new client is created under the group associated with your Company Name.

  • A new contact is created using the primaryContact’s first name, last name, and email from the agreement.

If the client exists but the contact does not (matched by first and last name):

  • A new contact is added under the existing client.

If the client and contact both exist

  • No client and contact will be recreated in Levvy to avoid duplication.


Reassign new clients to another group

Levvy determines whether users have access to a client by group. Only users assigned to that group can see that client. The common way to segment your clients is by service.

A client can only belong to one group. Users can be added to any number of groups to work on multiple clients.

To reassign clients to a new group:

1. Click on main menu

5. Click on the Additional tab. Click Update

You can create a new group by navigating to Group management


Activate draft workflows

The mapped services from earlier will be created as drafts under the client.
