How to Add a Group in Levvy

Pro Tip:

For professional service teams, we recommend structuring groups based on client segments. Levvy determines whether users have access to a client by group. Only users assigned to that group can see that client.

A client can only belong to one group. Users can be added to any number of groups to work on multiple clients.

1. Click on Main Menu

2. Click on Group Management

3. Click on Add New Group

4. Give the group a name

5. Give a description for the group. Click Submit.

8. Click on Group Members in the side navigation bar

9. Click on Add New Members

10. Click on Add User to select a user in Levvy.
