โIn this article, we will guide you through the process of creating client profiles and adding client information in Levvy.
1. Navigate to Client Management
Go to the main menu on Levvy and click on "Client Management."
2. Add New Client
Click the "Add New Client" button on the bottom left side of the page.
3. Create Client
Fill in the basic client information needed to create the client profile including client name and assigned team; click "Create."
4. Add Client Details
After you create the client, you can add additional pertinent client information by clicking on the pencil icon to edit client details.
5. Save Client Info
Once you've added relevant client details, click done to save your changes and update the client profile.
โ Pro Tip: After the initial setup, we highly recommend adding pertinent client information such as links, contacts, and shared resources to your client profile. Although it may require a little extra effort, it is well worth it. By storing this information in the client profile, you can effortlessly attach them to relevant workflows and tasks. They will be visible when employees are working through their tasks in the workspace.This ensures that employees have everything they need to complete their work right at their fingertips, saving time and increasing productivity.
