β Pro Tip: When setting up a workflow, consider the number of days required to complete each task. Here's why:Multiple tasks and individuals are often involved in a workflow, creating dependencies. One person's task may depend on another person completing their task promptly. If someone delays starting their task, it can cause delays and put the team at risk of missing deadlines.By allocating sufficient time for each contributor to complete their task, you promote timely and efficient work.Avoiding rushed work reduces the likelihood of mistakes and ensures high-quality output.
