How to Use Levvy's Prebuilt Workflows

In this article, we will guide you through the steps to create and customize your workflow library in Levvy.

With Levvy, creating your company's workflow library is simple, thanks to our collection of pre-built templates designed based on industry best practices.

1. Navigate to the Workflow Library

Go to the main menu and select "Workflow Library" from the drop down.

2. Click on "Levvy Prebuilt Library"

The pre-built library tab displays various workflow templates organized by category.

You can quickly find templates that suit your company's processes by clicking on a category in the side navigation.

3. Preview a workflow

Scan through the templates within the selected category and read the descriptions. To view on view detailed information such as tasks, instructions, and dependencies for a specific template, simple click on the desired workflow.

4. Save a Workflow

If a template meets your requirements, you can save it to your company library by clicking the "Save as Draft" button. This allows you to access and utilize the template within your organization.

5. Save Multiple Workflows

To save multiple templates at once, select the checkboxes of the templates you want to save as drafts and then click the "Save as Draft" button at the top.

6. View in Company Library

To access your saved workflow, click on "Company Library" in the top left-hand navigation and find your workflow.

Note: Only owners and supervisors can access Levvy’s workflow library, which includes a collection of pre-built templates and the company's workflow library, consisting of both draft and published templates. When owners or supervisors publish workflows to the company's library, team managers are able to access them in the client profile(s) by clicking "Add Workflow.”
