Pro Tip for Workflow Management:

When creating workflows, remember these tips to enhance efficiency and collaboration:

  1. Keep it manageable: Whenever possible, limit the number of tasks in a workflow to no more than 5. This helps maintain clarity and ensures smoother execution.

  2. Leave useful notes: Use the note section to provide important instructions or additional information for your team members. This helps them understand the context and requirements of each task.

  3. Mind shared resources: Keep in mind that shared resources and links are not editable within the builder. Make sure to double-check and update any necessary information before sharing them with your team.
