Accept your invite and set up your account
Your firm will send you an invite to Client Loop.
Click the invite link to set up your password.
Once signed in, you’ll land on the homepage with the main tabs.
Unread chat - Review new messages
Shows new messages from your firm.
Once you read a message, it automatically disappears from this tab.

Action required - Review chats needing your input
The Action Required tab shows chats that need your input.
These may include:
Uploading a document
Answering a question
Documents needing your approval
Chats stay here until your firm marks them resolved, so this is your main to-do lists
Tags such as Tax Return or Accounts Payable= indicate what services the chat is about to help you prioritize what is most urgent without reading the entire chat.
Upload files or start a new conversation
Upload files right inside the conversation or clicking on Upload documents
You can also start a new thread by clicking Ask the Question
After you send a message, it gets a Waiting on Firm tag so your firm knows to respond.
Folders and Files tab - Find shared documents
The Folder and File tab contains documents your firm has shared with you.
This may include prior-year returns, reports, or contracts.
Review these files anytime without needing to ask your firm.
Chats tab - Find past conversations and filter by tag
The Chat tab also stores your full conversation history, including resolved chats.
Use search to find specific messages.
Use tag filters to quickly locate conversations tied to a particular service.
Switch between multiple businesses if needed
If you have more than one business, you can switch between them in Client Loop.
Use the switcher in the top-right corner.
You can access each business with the same login.

Add Client Loop on your home screen
Share documents using the camera
Tap the camera button. (Jump to video at 3:09)
Take a photo of a document or receipt.
If it looks good, tap Use Photo.
Add a subject and explain what the document is for.
You can also rename the file is unclear.
