How to monitor task status

Not started = tasks with no logged time AND has not passed its due date

In progress = tasks with logged time AND has not passed its due date

Past due = tasks passed its due date

Blocked = tasks manually mark as blocked. These tasks will have a red outline around the task.

Completed = tasks manually mark as completed OR after approver clicked approved

Approval Pending = Task manually mark as Request Approval by the approver

Workspace
