3. Automatic Time Tracking

Automated time tracking is important because it helps you keep a record of how much time you spend on tasks. With Levvy, as soon as you open a task, it starts tracking your time in the upper right corner of the task window.

Automatic Time Tracking

If you want to see your logged time history, you can go to the time tracking section in the task window.

Click on Close

When you're done with a task or taking a break, you can simply close the task window.

Click on Process payroll…

4. Commenting

Commenting is a helpful way to keep track of task-related discussions. You can see past comments and add your own in the "comments" section at the bottom left.

To leave a comment, just follow these steps:

  1. Click inside the empty comment box.

  2. Type your comment.

  3. Click the orange arrow to the right of the comment box.

Commenting

Note: If you want to address a specific team member, type "@" followed by their name. A dropdown with all team member names will appear. Select the person you want to address and type your comment.

5. Blocking and Unblocking a Task

Sometimes, you may need to block a task in Levvy when dependencies, resources, or necessary information for the task are missing or incomplete. To block a task, simply click on the "block" button on the bottom left of the task modal.

Blocking and Unblocking a Task

By blocking a task, you let yourself and your team know why the task can't continue right now. This makes task management clear and transparent.

Once the reason for blocking the task is fixed or the things needed for the task are available, you can unblock it. This lets the task move forward as planned.
