How to export logged time?

Levvy offers multiple export options to fit your needs—whether it’s for proof-of-work or payroll. Choose the format that works best for you.

1. Time Tracking Software Export (coming soon)

What it shows:

Exports all users’ logged time, grouped by logged date, workflow, and client. This is the only export that includes budgeted hours.

Purpose:

To track how much time each user has logged for every workflow and client

Columns included:

  • Logged date

  • Total logged time on that date for a particular workflow and client

  • User

  • Workflow

  • Client

  • Budgeted hours


2. Payroll Export

What it shows:

Exports all users' total logged time across all clients, grouped by the selected date range.

Columns included:

  • Total logged time during the selected date range

  • User


3. User Logged Time Export

What it shows:

Export all users' total logged time, grouped by client and selected date range.

Purpose:

For analyzing time logged by client.

Columns included:

  • Total logged time during the selected date range for a particular client

  • User

  • Client


4. Export time under a Client (break down by workflow)

What it shows:

This report only shows billable time logged under a client.

Purpose:

To show how much billable time each user has logged for proof-of-work to share with clients.

Columns included:

  • Total logged time during the selected date range for a particular workflow and client

    • Only shows workflows with more than 15 minutes logged

    • Logged time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes

  • User

  • Client

  • Workflow

5. Export time under a Client (break down by task)

What it shows:

This report only shows billable time logged under a client.

Columns included:

  • Total logged time on that date for a particular task

    • Only shows tasks with more than 15 minutes logged

    • Logged time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes

  • User

  • Client

  • Workflow

  • Task

Additional Rules:

  • Only shows tasks or workflows with more than 15 minutes logged

  • Logged time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes

How to find it:

a. Go to Time Reports

b. Click on Clients

Click on Clients

b. Click on View beside a client

Click on View

c. Click on Export to CSV

Click on Export to CSV
