Only user with the owner role has permission to edit available bours and cost
1. Click on Main Menu
2. Click on User Management
3. Click on Edit on the right hand side of a user
4. Click on User Billing in the left navigation bar
5. Click on edit icon on the right
6. Update the field he Available hours/week
7. Click on Update
