Troubleshoot when Zap stops working

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when gmail, outlook or google calendar integrations are not showing up in Levvy

1. Login to Zapier. Click on Zap History in the side navigation

2. To find the Zap that failed to run, look for entries with a “Failed” status. Use the integration type and timestamp to help narrow down the specific meeting or email that didn’t go through.

3. Clicking on that Zap history entry will take you to the editor, where you can view the specific error that caused the failure.
